The Lounge at Mercy will host a cannabis-friendly comedy event, Funny Jokes & Big Tokes, on Friday, June 20, 2025, featuring a lineup of stand-up performers headlined by rising comedian Frankie Marcos. The show runs from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and is open exclusively to guests aged 21 and older.
Presented in collaboration with Comedy IRL, the event promises a night of laughter, curated comedy talent, and complimentary gift bags tailored to the theme of the evening. Organizers describe the event as a blend of “jokes, tokes, and good times” set in a laid-back lounge environment.
Marcos, a San Jose native, has been gaining momentum on the comedy circuit and recently won the 2024 San Francisco Comedy Competition—an honor previously held by notable comedians such as Robin Williams and Ellen DeGeneres. His appearance in Cotati is part of a growing list of high-profile gigs as his reputation continues to build both nationally and abroad.
The comedy lineup will include a mix of seasoned performers and emerging talent, though specific supporting acts have not yet been announced.
